CAUTION Canadian PIlots use Foreflight with CAUTION

I checked NOTAMS for Rockcliffe Airport (CYRO) just after lunch today and on Nav Canada's site there is NOTAM closing the runway, but that NOTAM is nowhere to be found under NOTAMS for CYRO in Foreflight. See the two screen captures.
